The Rob Roy is a classic whisky-based cocktail; essentially the Scotch whisky version of a Manhattan. It’s smooth, elegant, and has a rich, slightly smoky character depending on the Scotch used.

• 2 Ounces of Quality Scotch Whisky
• 4 Ounces of Sweet Vermouth
• 3 / 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 2 Brandied Cherries
• Serve of Ice
